Shape Your Puppy’s Future

Give your dog the best possible start in life with puppy classes from a leading expert in dog care and training. High quality training now can have a big impact on a dog’s temperament later in life. Make the right decision for your pup’s future.

"Our family had the pleasure of meeting Mali when we welcomed our 10 week old puppy into our home.  We attended Mali's training where we (my husband and I) were taught how to teach our pup to sit, stay, leave things, walk loosely on the lead and how to behave with other people as well as other dogs + much much more. Mali provided us with very valuable tips during the four weeks of puppy school which we then applied and practised daily with our pup and three boys.  Mali is extremely knowledgeable and has a natural ability with dogs. She demonstrates love and passion for dogs, which is evident when you listen and watch Mali in action. I would describe Mali’s approach with dogs as calming, caring, fun, loving and professional."

Mali Luty, CPDT-KSA, is one of Australia’s most accredited dog trainers and behaviour consultants and one of only a few that holds International board certification with the Certification Council of Pet dog Trainers. She is also one of the most respected dog trainers on the Lower North Shore of Sydney and regularly attends courses and conferences to keep her skills and knowledge up-to-date.

As a busy mum, business owner and published writer, Mali’s standards are second to none. Her priorities are focused on providing a high level of service to dog owners, using a variety of training techniques that are proven to succeed. In addition to her decades of experience working with dogs and owners, Mali also holds the following:

// National Dog Trainers’ Federation of Australia - Certificate III in Dog Training & Behaviour

// Certification Council of Pet Dog Trainers – Skills and Knowledge Assessed

// Association of Pet Dog Trainers (Australia) - member

// Pet First Aid Certificate

// Certified Puppy Class Instructor, Steve and Vicki Austin Animal Training & Consultancy

Mali has been mad about dogs for all of her life, and considers herself very blessed to have been able to create a successful business working with them. Not long after moving to Australia from her native Canada in 2005, she founded See Spot Run Pty. Ltd. which grew to become one of the largest and most respected dog walking and training businesses in Sydney.

Mali holds a degree from Ryerson University in journalism and is the proud mom to Pickle, the Bichon Friese and Goose the Mini Schnauzer.

“I believe every dog and owner has a unique set of characteristics that can't be met by just single training method. That's why I'm skilled in lots of different training techniques and styles. I'm happy to customise my training sessions according to each dog's temperament as well as the owner's skill level and expectations. It's all about respecting and recognising the joy that a happy, healthy and well behaved dog can bring to any household."

"We first engaged Mali to help train our young Cavoodle “Snowy”. What sets Mali apart is that she quickly realised that our 10 year old daughter also needed “training" on how to be a dog trainer. Mali worked with patience and empathy with Charlotte, teaching her how to train Snowy, rather than simply training the dog. Mali and her team go the extra yard to make sure both the owner and the pet are happy and we could not be happier with their services. Snowy is so well behaved we are thinking about getting Mali to teach the kids how to clean their room, do the washing, cook…"

Why Choose Our
Puppy Classes?

Our 4-week course for puppies aged 8-16 weeks is popular with new and experienced dog owners. Here’s why our clients choose our classes:

Highly Qualified Instructor

Mali Luty, CDPT-KSA, is one of Australia’s most qualified dog trainers. If you’re looking for high quality reward-based training from an experienced instructor who truly cares, our classes are the perfect match for your puppy.

Small Class Sizes
We limit the class to 8 puppies (Mosman) and 6 (Cammeray). Your puppy gets the attention it deserves and avoids developing bad habits .

Hour-long Sessions
Young puppies aren’t able to concentrate for long and tire easily. In order to make the class more enjoyable and successful for all human and puppy attendees we keep classes to an hour of productive, informative training.

Follow Up Notes and Videos

All of the content is supported with easy to follow handouts and instructional videos. Access to a secret Facebook group also allows students to connect with each other and your instructor
